30 to 1 Individual Challenge

Aim: Competition

Length: Approx 45 minutes

After conducting your warm up, send your clients to the circuit area, and demonstrate and explain each of the activities.

The circuit area should have approx 8-10 stations. You can choose whatever layout you wish for the circuit, but be sure to explain its flow and transition (a circle or box shape will work well for flow). The stations can be whatever you want, equipment or no equipment, however we suggest you incorporate variations to cater for all levels of fitness.
